Product Description This cold weather boot will warm your heart with its cozy fit and superior weatherproof protection, not to mention its easy to love style. A nylon quilted weatherproof upper gets added warmth from a fur-like lining, while a Thermolite footbed with Ortholite moisture-wicking and anti-fungal foam keeps your feet dry and feeling fresh. An easy Velcro closure takes the hassle out of wearing winter boots. Whether you're street-side or slope-side, a variegated rubber outsole provides sure-footed traction.

Light and comfortable boots, keep your feet warm and dry through snow and slush! January 3, 2009 Anjana Nigam (Atlanta, GA) I bought these in black. They are really true to size even if you have wide feet. My regular size is 9.5 M and 10M was a little too big, unless you wear really thick cotton or wool socks. And contrary to other statements, these are Women's sizes as my shoes came marked Women's 10M. The same boot is available in Men's size as well which may have caused confusion for another reviewer. I am very happy with these shoes. After trying to brave the Minnesota snow and slush in my thinner soled shoes I was tired of having cold and numb toes all the time. I had many specs for my winter boots. 1) I wanted lighter shoes which were not too stiff so that I could still drive wearing them, then 2) be able to walk through snow and slush without slipping or freezing my feet off and 3)have some allowance to tuck in my business suit pants so they would not get wet and caked with all the snow salt AND finally 4)be able to get them on and off in a jiffy so I could slip into my dress shoes for work. These Khombu shoes meet all my criteria. They're light, they're waterproof, they have great traction on slippery surfaces. They keep my feet warm in ankle deep snow and don't feel like stiff casts on my feet. I can get them on and off quickly due to velcro closure. I can also tuck my trousers in them. The best part is that they're so warm that my feet haven't been cold even in negative 15 deg F weather. Being waterproof, they're also holding up very well to the salt and snow without getting discolored like some winter shoes with suede leather uppers. They're also available at a great price here and on other sites. The downside? They're probably not as stylish as UGGs or Sorrels and look a bit chunky on my feet, but they are also a quarter of the price of more expensive winter shoes. For me these are THE perfect winter shoes for going to and fro from work as I need to change into dress shoes at work anyway. For weekends, unless I'm headed to the slopes, I'd probably go with Sorrels or UGGs.
Men's Boot not Women's March 24, 2008 Kathy Chan (Brooklyn, NY United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is the second pair I've owned, and I love it. It's a great price for a very practical boot. It looks pretty cute too. My only thing is I got a size 6.5 (I'm usually a 7) and I'm swimming it them even with thick socks on. After having worn them, I realized that this boot was listed under Men's styles on the shoebox. So this is NOT WOMEN'S Traveler Sport Boot, it's MENS!! Hope that helps.
Very pleased!! March 18, 2008 Jasmine Ervin These are awesome! I wore them sledding and my feet stayed so warm and very comfortable!
Adorable, Warm Boots February 15, 2008 GwyniPooh (SoDak, US) I think these may be the best boots I've ever owned. Great boot for a great price! They are easy to get on and off and very warm. I ordered the pink ones and they are absolutely adorable.
Ideal for women who don't like boots January 16, 2008 Luther Olson (Cleveland, OH, United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
After 50 years I've finally found a boot she likes. Excellent traction that makes her feel safe--she always has warm feet--and they look pretty good, not big and clunky like a pac. All this in a nice light boot that is inexpensive. I must have a half dozen good winter boots, but I have been really tempted to give them all to Goodwill, and get a couple of these.
