This is a very cute, very comfortable boot. They fit great, are true to size, and comfortable to wear all day. I have pretty big calves, and they just barely, but comfortably, zip up over my skinny jeans, easily with nothing underneath. They're cute with skirts and with skinny jeans, but also work under pants for work. Plus, they were $30!

I just, disappointingly, returned these boots because the height only hits mid-calf, not the below the knee I was hoping for. They are much cuter in person, the leather is a decent quality, and the soles look like you could wear them on ice and not worry about falling. 3-4 inches taller and they would have been great!

Then these boots are just right for you.
They look great, the foot is true to size and comfortable, but they are too thin in the calf to zip up. Sooo disappointing.

I like these a lot. They are very comfortable and true to size, even though a little too tight around the calf. Appearance-wise, they look rugged and the craftsmanship is not the best, but for this price ($30), it's excusable. The stitching mentioned by other reviewer was part of the design, I think, because they appear on both shoes. Anyway, I like them so much that I bought the ankle version, too.

I saw the original price of the boots and was hesitant to get them with the really low sale price. I got this pair and another pair from the same maker. I've never had a problem even with sale items from Amazon but these are not only cheaply made they are poorly made. The stitching to hold the upper boot to the sole shows on one quarter of the boot; the other part of the boot has a poor glue job. I will be returning them- both pairs.
They aren't even attractive enough to hold onto for the price paid and call them one season wonders. I don't recommend them. Also, they have a very narrow shaft and the leather is thin enough to worry about it ripping away from the zipper if you even try to zip them all the way up. The heel is attached in a way that doesn't seem to completely meet the sole of the boot and is done in a really cheap hard plastic.
I'll be giving the same review for the other pair.
