Orders typically shipped within 2 – 3 business days, however during holiday season when our volume is unusually high orders may take additional time to process. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Any item purchased from Trendilize in its original condition and packaging with all merchandise tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for a prompt refund. Please note, due to the intimate nature of underwear, socks and sleepwear we cannot accept worn or laundered garments. All items must be in sealed packages. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving your return. Items that are returned within 30 days after shipping from our warehouse and are in unsellable condition or are missing tags or packaging will be charged a $10 restocking fee. Items that are returned within 30 - 90 days after shipping from our warehouse will be charged a $10 restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to note your reason for returning the items. If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, or your merchandise was damaged upon arrival, please contact us before making a return so that we can assist you immediately.
